Stage «Concept» (Architectural design project)
Project development begins with an architectural concept. Our team, together with the Client, fill out the sheets describing the future object, paying particular attention to the wishes of planning solutions and finishing materials.
Based on the results of the joint work with the Client, we prepare several options for planning solutions, ceiling plans, floors and finishes, three-dimensional visualizations of the main areas, boards with samples of finishing materials and a project presentation booklet.
Stage «Working Project»
At this stage, the development of components and parts of the construction object, which are necessary for the construction company to carry out the work, takes place.
Stage «Architectural supervision»
Our design bureau oversees throughout the entire period of construction and acceptance of the facility into operation, over the compliance of the object being created or under construction with the design indicators and decisions made during the design and recorded in the project
